Prime Pharmacy use LexisNexis RISK SOLUTIONS UK LIMITED to check that our patients are genuine - this is a regulatory requirement. This occurs only the first time you place an order. Existing customers will be checked as they order again.

LexisNexis check three data sources for this, credit agencies, Voting register and Telephone Database.

The information you provide (being the individual that signs this Declaration of Consent) will be validated by Lexis Nexis (Company Number: 07416642) and used for the purpose of identity verification and in the manner set out in this Declaration of Consent.
